I think we have established that:

  1. Signalling an "album-stream-subject-to-track-Release-deals" is against all rules DDEX has established
  2. Signalling an "album-stream-subject-to-track-Release-deals" is used by many labels today
  3. Signalling an "album-stream-subject-to-track-Release-deals" is superfluous as it allows something that the DSP can do nevertheless.
  4. The concept of a "whole-album-stream" makes no sense

As a consequence I would suggest that labels don't send album-level streaming  deals and DSPs ignore them when they receive them and that we document that in the Release profile standard and on the handbook. If people here agree I will send a note to the message maintenance/profiling WG reflector.

Additional note, I'd suggest that we clarify the bundle streaming deals should be applied the same rules as "album streaming deal" in the KB pages. Please let me know what you think.
