Now that we have an issue tracker system - and once I have added all the issues we have agreed/raised in Cuoertino, we ought to make it available via the KB. There are two ways:

  • EITHER we make it available by subject area (and for each subject area we then list open and resolved issues)
  • OR we make available all open issues (by subject area) and then have an extra page for the resolved issues (in multiple tables or in one table).
