When a Release needs to be taken down before it goes live, the Release Creator shall communicate only an EndDate for the deal that is in the past.

For example, a Release previously communicated with a release date in the future (start date of 8th April, for instance) that needs to be taken down today (6th April) so that it does not go live on the 8th April needs to be taken down with an end date of yesterday (5th April).

<ValidityPeriod>
     <!—no start date, only end date with yesterday’s date -->
     <EndDate>2016-04-05</EndDate>
</ValidityPeriod>
