  • I send core data to a DSP about newly available releases and resources, such as sound recordings and music videos, I own or administer, the terms and conditions under they can be made available as electronic products as well as the binary files themselves.

  • I send rich but non-core data to a metadata company or DSP about the artists, composers and all other contributors to the releases and resources, such as sound recordings and music videos, I administer and non-core data about those releases and resources.

  • I receive data from a DSP about the sales and usage of the releases and resouces, such as sound recordings and music videos, I administer.

  • I send data to a music licensing company about sound recordings, music videos, the identity of the contributors to those sound recording and music videos and my rights claims in those sound recordings, music videos or contributions and, also I receive usage information from a music licensing company.

  • I I receive data from an organisations with a musical works and recordings database, such as The Mechanical Licensing Collective, about musical works, sound recordings or music videos that make use of such musical works as well as musical work claim information.
