Special characters

Some artist names contain special characters. Unfortunately sometimes labels send concatenated artists in the form "Name 1/Name 2", a style that is discouraged unless the two artists have agreed to have their joint "brand" to be displayed in that way. Labels need to be aware that, for display purposes, the DSP should follow the DisplayArtistField as provided as replacing characters and aligning them to a company style might be dangerous (e.g. if the style is using hyphens “AC/DC” might end up as “AC-DC”).
