RDR-N ResourceList

Following the MessageNotificationPeriod is the ResourceList, which forms the body of the MLC (RDR-N) message.  The ResourceList contains one or more SoundRecording or Video composites.  The box below illustrates the ResourceList containing one or more SoundRecording or Video composites.
