US Musical Work Licensing Choreography Standard (MWL)
This standard enables record companies or DSPs to request licenses for musical works from music rights societies or music publishers and for such entities to provide licenses or license rejections back to the record company and/or DSP.
The most recent version of MWL to be published is MWL version 1.0.1.
The text of the MWL standard can be found here.
Remember, at least before going live with an implementation, you will need to take out a DDEX Implementation Licence. Information about the Implementation Licence can be found here and the application form is available here.
