Images for box sets

For (nearly) all Release types defined in the Release Profile standard one cover art image needs to be communicated. This also applies to box sets. However, in most cases a box set is accompanied by one image for each of the "constituent albums" plus one for the set (which image is associated with which is indicated in the ResourceGroup).

Issue 1: DSP can only handle one image

In many circumstances, DSPs may not be able to handle multiple images for a single Release. In that case, a DSP is suggested to use the image not linked to any of the constituent albums to represent the box set and all its content.

Issue 2: Label does not provide an image for the components

If a label only provides an image for the box set, then the DSP will be at liberty to use that images to represent any of the constituent parts.
