Time stamp for data accuracy

All DDEX standards contain a time stamp of the message creation (the MessageCreatedDateTime tag in the MessageHeader). They do not contain a separate tag for the date/time when the data in the message is deemed to be current.

A recipient is therefore required to take the date and time in the MessageCreatedDateTime to also be the date and time when the data has been current and, to the best of the knowledge of the message sender, accurate.

As a consequence, message senders are required to ensure, to the best of their ability, that the data placed in a message is current and accurate at the moment the data is being put into a DDEX message.
