DucplicateIscrcClusterNotifiction

A notification message requires at least one ClusterRoot identified by a ClusterId, i.e. a resource that is designated as the primary reference point for that cluster and to which all other cluster members are understood to refer. The minimum data requirements to specify such a ClusterRoot based on the ISRC reference metadata as per ISO 3901 are:

  • A ResrouceId;

  • ResourceType;

  • Title;

  • DisplayArtistName; and

  • Duration.

A ClusterMember is an entity that forms part of a cluster in accordance with the disambiguation rules defined for the relevant Entity Cluster Type. In the context of a MusicalWorkCluster, a ClusterMember represents one or more resources — typically identified by an ISRC — that embody the musical work identified in the ClusterRoot.

In line with the ClusterRoot, each ClusterMember requires at minimum:

  • A ResourceId;

  • ResourceType;

  • Title;

  • DisplayArtistName; and

  • Duration.

In addition, the ClusterMember enables the sender to provide additional elements for the purpose of disambiguation, assertion, provenance and justification for the inclusion of each ClusterMember per cluster such as:

  • MembershipType;

  • LinkVerification;

  • Confidence;

  • RecordingMode. and

  • Fingerprint composite for details of a governing algorithm to identify the sound recording.
