Instrumental music in ERN-3

Not all music contains singing. But there are a number of different types of what can be termed “instrumental” music. Below is a table with the recommended way of signalling different cases using the IsInstrumental and LanguageOfPerformance tags in the ERN standard:

When communicating combinations of the above, the IsInstrumental and LanguageOfPerformancetags should reflect the dominant type.
