Requirement

There is a need for contact details of individuals within rights controller organisations, typically those responsible for resolving rights claim conflicts in sound recordings, to be shared with music licensing companies. Specifically, music licensing companies email addresses for specific contacts. However, the RightsClaimStatusUpdateMessage in MLC 1.4 cannot communicate such contact details.
